State Requirements for Licensure:
(Pursuant to FL Board of Massage and Bodywork Rules)
- Ā Being 18 years or older
- A highschool diploma or equivalent
- Successful completion of a course of study in a Board Approved school consisting of a minimum of 500 hours of supervised instruction
- A passing score on the Exam approved for Licensure
- Submit a complete application with appropriate fee and attachments
- Provide a complete set of fingerprints for the Board to submit for applicant's state and national background check.
